Five weeks ago, I sprained my ankle. (confirmed via doctor).
It is a level three sprain and will take about 6 months for me to be at 100% again.

This is NOT my foot. My pictures are temporarily unattainable, so enjoy this man’s foot.
My foot was MUCH worse then this. The injury was my entire foot, both sides of my ankles and my lower leg all the way up to right below my knee.
With this said, the 5 races I had planned in September will not be happening.
Nor am I am able to hike.
I am just focusing on walking properly and not like a penguin.
I keep telling myself this occurred for a reason. God has a plan.
